"Property is well located. Only issue I had was with house keeping. Ask for extra towels for everyday day but won’t get it unless I ask. Never refilled toiletries. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. I had issues with ac because I booked 1 bedroom suite and ac would not cool fast enough. 2 times house keeping took my key card from holder. I even complained about...

"The Staff at Grand Mercure Phuket Were very professional nothing was too much trouble and the service was second to none . I can tell they all love their jobs and take great pride in what they done , service like this is very hard to find these days in the western world , hence will be back for sure ….
