"Property is well located. Only issue I had was with house keeping. Ask for extra towels for everyday day but won’t get it unless I ask. Never refilled toiletries. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. I had issues with ac because I booked 1 bedroom suite and ac would not cool fast enough. 2 times house keeping took my key card from holder. I even complained about...

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom.
