"I did not appreciate the £50 per night charge for 'incidentals'! Did they think I was going to wreck their room?? It made me feel like I was being treated as a troublemaker. I did get the money back btw. Also, I did not like the £15 fine if you took their shampoo bottles, again it made me feel uneasy. You could buy said bottles in the shops for a couple of £'s. The breakfast area was a maze, where moving around was difficult as you are constantly avoiding bumping into other people. "
