"Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon. We will be...

"First time staying at the Imperial. Lovely hotel. Spacious family room. Cooked breakfast great. Good choice. Plenty of staff to tidy and setup. Seated within 5mins. Didn’t eat in restaurant but had the menu from bar. Pizzas huge! Lovely. Burger massive. Looked delicious and chunky chips with the best. Would defo recommend. Parking is limited and we were £18 for 2nt stay. "
