"This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after. Location wise, it is a great place to stay, and we were very happy with the price we paid for a weekend stay in May. "

"We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."

Entertainment of night was good and loads friendly ppl a lot calmer hotel than being up on main part were a lot busier 1 mile to the fair which why we came for . "

"We would definitely stay here again, the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The entertainment on a night Dj and Bingo was really good. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely catered for all needs and had a wide variety of choices. service was exceptional. "Stayed here new year and new year day with my husband and this was fine hotel, you get what you pay for, how can anyone complain is beyond me for 13 pounds each a night, you can’t camp in your own tent for that, bedding was fresh and fresh towels, basic yes but who cares for that price, staff was polite and friendly, never bother you in the slightest, we enjoyed and will go back too"
