"This was a good hotel. The bed was very hard and they only give you two water bottle for free no matter how long you are staying. We ended up walking to the gas station nearby and bought a pack of waters. The shower was broken when arrived (rain shower portion shot water at the ceiling). They came up promptly to fix it but only patched it up. It still shot water at the ceiling but much less. enough went through the shower head for it to be useable. "Had a great 3 day stay at the hotel and will come again to this well managed hotel. Amazing view of the river. Very good buffet with lots of variety and efficient and friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna and fairly well equipped gym although some of the treadmill and eliptical machines need updating. Hotel room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Room staff and front reception were helpful and fast with every request from change in pillows to help with the wifi. Easy free parking and the free ferry to Sathon and Asiatique was a bonus.Check in in and check out was smooth and efficient."
