"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were on point, very helpful and friendly. We had the Vista suite, which was so beautiful and huge! I will say, the beds were small for two adults to share. The room description said there was a soaking tub, there was not. But we did not miss it. We ordered room service twice, the charcuterie, and late night a cheeseburger. Both were absolutely delicious. Over all, a fantastic stay!"

Manuel in the gold lounge went out of his way and was so nice and the door / porters were equally helpful. Stayed for business meetings in Century City and was pleasantly surprised by the mall one block over with plenty of dining options and good shopping. Thank you Fairmont Century City. "

"Absolutely fantastic staff. Never a single interaction with staff that felt anything but awesome, happy and they were willing to help. Amenities 10/10. The only thing I wish was different is that the speakeasy was open till 2am but even still all the amenities make the price of even a suite worth the experience."
