"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"Staff were excellent all around. Service in the room can be improved with slight changes. Toiletries were for a 1 person whereas we were a couple. Small thing but it can be avoided to get the 5 stars. Room was very nice but slight smell of mould. "

"Excellent hotel if you are visiting Bangkok and would like to stay in Sukhumvit area. Lots of bars restaurants and other fun stuff around the hotel. "

"Checkin was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and thanks to the Porter who delivered luggage without delay to the room. The hotel is very well maintained and provided with all necessary facilities for you. 4 water bottles tea and coffee on complimentary basis. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to the next category which was a plus for us as a couple. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel. "
