"The room was clean and tidy and had almost all you could wish for. The breakfast was help yourself but had enough for almost everyone. I was slightly disappointrd with the grill dining room menu but nevertheless enjoyed my choice. Staff were friendly and helpful and would definitely choose again if necessary. "

"Booked a standard double room for 2 nights for a hospital appointment close by. The room was very tired and the heating system was blowing out freezing cold air constantly all night on the first night. After speaking with the receptionist next day, they kindly moved us and offered us an upgrade to a much nicer room. "

"Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference."
