The staff were great and the hotel was well managed and clean. However the only point of contention was the cloth they place the end of the bed (not sure what it’s called but it’s usually branded and ends up on the floor 10 seconds upon getting in bed) had questionable white stains on both beds. "It’s a nice hotel, with warm, helpful and friendly hotel staff. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room (#3204) with a difficult access. There is no elevator to get directly to our room. We had to pass thru plight of stairs. As we were joining a 2-week cruise, we had big suitcases with us for our personal stuff. One of the hotel staff at the Reception Desk had to help us to get to our room on our arrival day. It was quite difficult for us - as all 4 guests are retired ladies with 2 of us...

"One night stay after long flight. We’re attending Royal Flora near by early next morning. Perfect place to stopover. Meal in the restaurant was delicious and reasonable price. Would stay again if need be. "

"Very nice hotel at the airport (not inside the airport) Free shuffle service runs often on a schedule. Generously sized rooms. Great bed, pillows, linens & comfortable. To go to Amsterdam centraal, just take shuttle back to train/airport station for supermarket, shops and trains to go anywhere. Hotel location is so convenient! The staff is exceptionally nice. "
