"I only gave this hotel a 3 star (and this hurts because I love Hilton Hotels) because the towels are rough, the pillows are way too soft, the air conditioning was hard to regulate and there were ants in our rooms and all over the ice machine. The staff on the other hand was excellent, super helpful ..."
