"During check-out, the clerk insisted on charging us another 20 euros for vacating the room at 12:45 instead of 11:00, even though it appeared that the hotel was partially occupied and no one told us upon arrival. It's a shame. Leaves a bad taste for the future."

"This property was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It was not. The "Deluxe Room" I paid extra for had a filthy carpet with gum that had turned black because it had been there so long.
