Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to shops and plenty of places to eat. Easy access to public transportation. No airport shuttle but you don’t need it. The public bus will take you there in less than 15 minutes

Suggest to get the higher priced room. Clean room, water pressure is a bit low, may be to reserve water. You don't have to go around town to taste Burmese daily breakfast. A very good one is included in your stay. No swimming pool or spa at the hotel, but a good standard sauna.

It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do,

Room was next to the Elevator- nothing but loud noise, bathroom handle was leaking water and had a funny smell. river side view is okay but nothing too out there- billing needs more help, they ran my card for “accidents of 100” but charged over 250
