We had no hot water in our room and when maintenance came to fix it they broke off the faucet and flooded our stays. Mind you this is 11pm at night. No one but housekeeping would answer our calls. Very poor customer service

I booked a king room and got two queen beds and had to pay extra $34 per night of my stay on top of the resort fees. The guy at check in was so rude. My favorite place to stay when visiting Vegas! BEST pool in my opinion. Reserving pool chairs on the lazy river is VERY worth it. Being able to walk right over to NYNY is a major perk of staying at MGM Grand too. You have everything you need between the two casinos.

( my family had 2 rooms- 4 travellers ) The rooms were clean, there was no hot water for showers. One of the rooms had no heat for 2 days, on day 2 maintenance came to put in a new unit.
