During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. I understand it was a festival weekend and everyone trying to check in. One of the older gentlemen at the front desk was very short and rude when people were asking him questions. There was a younger gentleman with glasses (wish I got his name) that went over and beyond to help get most of the guests ...
