The Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen is a great property. The rooms were big and clean. We even had a jacuzzi in our room. The pools were great and the activities were fun. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the food was good.

We had 4 of us doing a golf trip, we had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room and they said we could not get that they only had rooms with 1 King available and they would put a Cot in there to help.
