"The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience."

"I had a great experience at the San Juan Airport Hotel! What really stood out to me was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. The location is super convenient, and the overall experience was wonderful. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. Great customer service really makes a difference, and this staff definitely deserves recognition! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
