"Rooms were lovely - cleaned every day - Restaurant was very good with plenty of variety. Only negative thing about this stay was there was lots of building work going on meaning pool out of use, gym out of use, no sunbeds around the pool just up on the veranda - and the workmen without fail started at 8am every morning until late at night - obviously hotel getting ready as quickly as possible for the Easter rush. But that cant be helped - it will obviously be back to normal in a couple of weeks. "

"Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, lots of good options. Water park was closed when we got there, so kids were not able to use it. Beach area is pretty good, lots of souvenier shops closeby."

"Staff are very friendly, it is family friendly and a lot activities to do. Room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is the check in process can be quite long and a bit more organized? We arrived a couple of hours early and did the whole check-in with badges and said we had to wait till 2pm for check-in. Came back and had to do the whole line up again where it takes forever for people to do the wrist bands, passports etc. The only difference was they called to see if our room was ready but we already had the key cards. Also, there is a checkin and checkout line up but guests don't really follow the signs so it would be easier if there were just one line and the front desk just serves the next person at the top of the line. But the staff were very friendly. "

"Still a brilliant complex. The staff are all outstanding and extremely helpful. The units are clean and tidy and well maintained. Some of the communal areas are indeed of a little TLC. We love the location and how quite it is "
