"We stayed in the Junior suite. It was spacious and clean. A couple of complaints was that we had to go to the front desk to remind them to clean our room. We had come back after lunch around 3 p.m. in the room was still not clean. The other complaint was the side we were on was next to the train which we could hear late in the night or early morning. Overall, the hotel of the breakfast was very nice."

"The staff were very knowledgeable and professional - definitely 4 star quality. I found that the staff are really attentive. I was standing on one side of the annex area with another person waiting for the elevator. A staff saw us waiting and told us there's another elevator at the other side ready to be used. Sadly, the other patron and I had our rooms right next to that side of the elevator so we didn't want to walk 1 minute away to the other elevator. (silly I know) When I checked out, the staff was thoughtful to give me a bottle of water. The hotel is also 4 star : breakfast room , slippers, clean (ish), bathrobe, water (daily) multiple elevators to address capacity, AC and a ceiling fan. Though maybe a nespresso is better vs the little instant coffees. Newly refreshed rooms - the lights are perfect , there' general lighting, ambient lighting , and task lighting - as an architect. I am impressed. Good job. Clean(ish) - because there was dust on the top part of the open closet - but then everywhere else was really clean. I'm impressed with the acrylic clear fan blades - commitment to keep this dust free is impressive. Only missing is the charging port with usb-C slot My room was one up the standard because I had a not fun experience with another hotel in the same street. It was hard to explain that I didn't want sodas in the fridge. I appreciated there was a fridge. Good location close to the central station. Well lighted street."

"We enjoyed a roomy accommodation with a well-appointed bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. Viridis is well located within walking distance to the Duomo and many other attractions."

"Hotel is 5 minutes from Central station, so easy to get around from here. Lovely clean room with friendly staff on reception and in restaurant. Breakfast choices good with dishes replenished frequently and hot/cold options. Lots of restaurants nearby for evening meals."

"Breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean but was in the oddest location… back of the hotel, 5 stories up, then down three different halls and then down stairs and up stairs and then through a shred door and THAN to our room. It did have a balcony and was next to the metro, so that was very helpful. "

"The room was great, only slight issue plug socket for the kettle didn't work so had to use another which meant having the boiling kettle on the floor."
