"Excellent hôtel familial. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux. Fenêtres fermées , les chambres d'angle que nous avions sont très calmes (fenêtres ouvertes, on entend le train qui passe à côté de l'hôtel). Elles sont très bien aménagées, très propres et avec une literie confortable. Très bons petits déjeuners. Nous avons également mangé un excellent repas du soir au restaurant."

"We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."
"Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! "
"The hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is no air-conditioning and the weather was hot, so the room was uncomfortable. The second day we asked forva fan, and they brought us a small one that was partially broken, butbit did help. The location was fine, on a main square, close to the restaurants, but a 8-10 minute walk to the teain station, our primary transportation. They had a wonderful breakfast available, and the restaurant was quite good for dinner...
"Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service.
