We stayed at Naco Zermatt as a family of four 2 adults 2 kids 8&11 and had a wonderful experience. We loved our apartment—it was comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for a family stay. We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.

All the reviews are spot-on. The Naco apartments are great - clean, well set out and have much better amenities than I was expecting. The pool/spa area is really nice and breakfast is excellent. Also everyone was really helpful and we much appreciated the baggage being taken to the train station!
