"This is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The only issue is no lift to that floor but the desk clerk was very willing to help with our bags. The room was very comfortable, cool to my standards(being an American) and the village of Torun is absolutely charming. I throughly enjoyed my visit there and intend to return to both the village and hotel."

"The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in. Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard.. The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "

"I cannot over-emphasize how unique the top level apartment is. You won't find anything like this in a typical hotel in Poland. You get an amazing view of the square, plus a large sitting area, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture in the apartment is exquisite, and are of a quality you would put in your own home. All of the beds are in a single bed-room, which might work well for a family. Of course, for something this unique, you have to pay the cost: Access is only by climbing...

"Frühstück war ziemlich teuer, aber gut... zentrale Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Dom mitten im Geschehen :) Aufzug vorhanden. Keine tägliche Reinigung, nicht mal Müll weggebracht, ich war etwas irritiert. Vielleicht muss man an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen, oder ich hatte Pech... Sonst ok. Bett bequem Wasser heiß :)"

"Friendly welcome and efficient check in. Suite and hotel are immaculately clean. The style of the lounge and bedroom is different (mix of colours and patterns has the feel of 1974 :)). However all items were new and in perfect condition. Bathroom is modern, fully equipped (loo bidet, bath and separate shower ) It seems to be a conference /event venue. 15 to 20 minute stroll into the town centre. Would recommend I will return next time I am in Torun"

"A lovely hotel, beautifully converted in a traditional building. Our room had an interesting street -scene mural on one wall, which added to the historical touches within the building. An extensive breakfast set us up for sightseeing each day, plenty of choices including local options. We couldn't fault it in any way. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
