"This is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The only issue is no lift to that floor but the desk clerk was very willing to help with our bags. The room was very comfortable, cool to my standards(being an American) and the village of Torun is absolutely charming. "Loved our stay here. The location is quiet, convenient, and very walkable to Old Town. The setting is historic, but all of the rooms are updated and modern. I traveled with family and everyone reported that their room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also near the train station and the staff was able to arrange a taxi to get us there. Great restaurants near by , huge variety and reasonable on prices ( even it was start of peak season ) and close to main river Wisla with its own attractions . Felt very safe and comfortable , clean , functional , spacey room . "Good hotel in a historic building. Steep stairs and no lift. Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The ongoing electrical works were somewhat noisy, with a few trip hazards. Overall, a good choice in a handy location for the Old Town and riverside walks. "

"Clean room however no A/C and was very hot in July. Also extremely loud at night as it seemed as though this hotel is situated right next to the only patio that is open late in Torun so we heard the noise most of the night. Bed was also not very comfortable. Breakfast looked a little sad for 49pln so opted for something else. Would look elsewhere next time. Location however was great."
