"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

"I thought our room was air conditioned, but it wasn't. Fortunately it was cool out. We didn't get our room cleaned or new towels, but the front desk have is 4 towels and 2 bottles of water. They were very helpful and friendly."

"We stayed in a studio in the residences building. Very spacious, we were on back so quiet and shady and cool (no AC but there was a fan that was pretty good at moving the air). Small kichenette and small amount of crockery etc, there was a dishwasher too. Comfy bed, inner bathroom (no ventilation so really hot in there). Great position on quiet side of Zakopane, walked up from station in 15 mins, 8-10 mins to the main touristy street with loads of shops and bars."

"Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. There is a lot to do in Zakopane and this hotel is...
