This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!

Comfortable and Inexpensive

Very friendly front desk manager. (I sadly forgot his name.) The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again when I return in a few months.

Lol, the staff gave me the best room available, fully furnished and painted. It is pet friendly because they barbeque pets for lunch and dinner, lol, no just kidding. Pool was cool and very clean, so clean you can clearly see your foot.

I'm of the opinion that this place cant be beat. When compared with the direct price match facilities, it is head and shoulders above in cleanliness, which is for me the most important factor. 😎✌️⛳️🏌‍♀️

I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Felt safe and clean. Stayed multiple nights. Convenient to most things in Yuma. Lots of noise due to seasonal workers staying at property. Cantina truck setup in the parking lot attracting a lot of noise. Room was clean, safe. Lacked decent blankets and multiple towels. Bedframe didnt support bed very well. Can tell owners are trying to improve the property which is a bonus. Would stay again but would bring my own blankets and towels. A few tweaks are needed.

The neighborhood was okay with easy access to stores, gas and fast food. The motel is older but nicely nostalgic. The room was large and pleasantly decorated with a comfortable bed, newer TV, coffee maker and microwave The refrigerator was adequate, but could use an upgrade. Parking was ample, easily in view of the rooms and safely corralled to the motel. And the staff was expeditious, courteous and helpful. Compared to similar motels, I rated it a four.
