"We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. "We had a wonderful two night stay here. Excellent value for money. The place was clean, really well equipped, comfy and lots of space. The view is amazing and having it from the onsen was even better. The staff were so nice and kind. They really helped us when our daughter needed medical assistance. Can't thank them enough. "

"While the place is a bit dated, the place has been kept clean. The private onsen is great. We never had to wait for long to use it. It is located literally right outside Gora station and it convenient for us to start the Hakone loop with the cable car. We didn't need to explore dining places around as breakfast and dinner have been included and these have been great."
