Yes the light fixture was hanging in the one room it was like that when we arrived I took a picture and all the windows were unlocked an there was a small cigarette like burn on the comforter in the room with the two beds I took a picture of that as well other wise the home is perfect Thank you! We are enjoying our time and plan to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool

The room was a great size, extremely comfortable and well laid out. Large bathroom with separate vanity area was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had. Food was hot, everything was fresh. Huge plus for having GF items and an oat milk alternative. Staff was wonderful.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for three nights. We have family nearby and were attending a wedding. We were really impressed with this hotel. Very comfortable and everything was clean. It is attached to the mall which was really great. You can get into the mall without going outside.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. We used the living area to watch a game and found crumbs and food on the small table. I also used the extra blanket to get cozy on the couch. I found a press on fingernail and some weird sticker on the blanket. We would return, but would like there to be more attention to detail in the cleanliness department.

In a time where good customer service is rare, it was great to encounter kindness with both shift employees (especially the one at checkout). They were very nice. I’ve stayed here and in this type of room before, and love it each time. Everything is clean. I had a challenging time controlling the temperature but it may have been ‘user error’. The bedding and towels aren’t soft (matching the level of everything else) but I imagine people take them a lot. I will be staying here again and highly recommend!
