行きなれたビジネスホテルより落ち着けた

出張で利用させて頂きました。 私は部屋の窓を開け、空気の入れ換えを常にする方なので、部屋に入り窓を開けようと小間ったら、取手がなく開かない窓なのかと思い、フロントの方に呟いたら、特別な金具があり、それを持って開けて下さいました。 朝食もコロナ感染を防ぐ為に中止となっており、近くにコンビニもないく、こちらもフロントの方に相談したら、簡単ではあるけれど、パンと無料でコーヒー自販機のコインを下さいました。 こんな時ではありますが、快く対応してくださったので、安心して宿泊できました。 お部屋もそれなりに年月を重ねてはいるものの、落ち着いた感と広さは十分でした。

宿泊費が安く、とても快適に過ごせました。 唯一と言えば、シャワー室の下水？シャワーのお湯？が臭いが有ったのが残念でした…。 でも、宿泊費が安く、従業員の方も親切だったので◎。

予約時から丁寧な対応で何の不満もなく 快適でした。 予約時にWの部屋しか予約出来なかったのに 宿泊当日はもう一つベットを入れて頂きとても快適でした。心遣いが有り難かったです。

浴槽に湯を張って入ろうとすると、驚いたことにたくさんの汚れや毛が浮いてました。入る前で、しかも白髪なので、自分のではありません。あり得ないことでした。普通のホテルなら、謝るだけでなく、部屋を変えてくれるか、宿泊代はいらないと言われます。 支払いで5509円のところ、なぜか6690円を請求されました。一体どんな税金なのか、こちらも不明です

中々良かったですよ！

初めて宿泊しましたが、ウェルカムサービスのコーヒーとかもあり、良かったです。本来喫煙するので喫煙ルームがあるからいいかなーと思い、禁煙で予約していたのですが、手持ちのタバコをみて即座に喫煙ルームに変更してくれたのはありがたいと思いました。

ビジネスには大変便利で良い

禁煙roomでお願いしましたが、タバコの煙臭があり困惑しました フロントの方の対応等は親切にしていただけました。築年数経過しているので仕方ないかもしれないですが、ユニットバス、窓枠などあまり清潔感がないように感じました 料金的には大変良い スーパーも隣接で大変便利です
