"Overall a great stay. There was a lengthy delay in getting the portacot delivered and set up on the day of check in which they were very apologetic for (and the lobby looked very busy on check in). Room is a bit small but had most things we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and even refreshed our daughter's sheets/blankets in the portacot. "

"The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I would choose this hotel again for the breakfast alone. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the swimming pool came complete with complimentary sun screen. Loved this hotel experience right in the city centre. Do the valet parking if you wish to use your car during your stay, otherwise it's cheaper online (especially for multiple nights) with the Wilson car park adjacent to the hotel but beware this only allows one entry and one exit."

"Great central location near Chinatown. Large room (regular studio). Great pool for lap swimming. Friendly staff. Easy access to tram on street outside. Room could've been cleaner (skirting boards were dirty/dusty) but bed linen was nice and bed was comfortable."
