"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"
"Great staff and easy to get to the metro or use DiDi if needed. The property is dated but is clean so no issues. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel with a good mixture of different options of traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Bistro and a NYC style deli."

"The hotel is located in convenient area - close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and water pressure for shower was great. Bed was very hard and internet was working but not so great. Overall good hotel for the price."
