"The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after ..."

"Ani Grand had gone downhill. The breakfast is unorganized and crowded. Nearly impossible to get coffee. Twice this year I have been in a room that lets water spray all over the bathroom during showers. Room 606 is like a prison with no overhead lights. Not sure why I was put in that room.
