"This historic Inn was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. We were greeted on arrival in the lobby by the friendly innkeeper. She showed us around and gave us a welcome gift of delicious cookies packaged with our name on it. Every detail of this Inn was perfect. The room was VERY clean. "Charming quintessential New England historic B&B. The owners/host were very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained - perfect to relax outside with a glass of wine, morning coffee or just to relax and read a book. The rooms were clean, the sheets were high quality, and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"The Tern Inn seems to have something for everyone. There’s a swimming pool, bicycles, nearby beach, breakfast room with full breakfast included, lovely outdoor patio with plenty of seating, small private cottages, rooms in the Inn and rooms in a small carriage house. There was even a complementary wine happy hour. The rooms were really well stocked with toiletries, linens, snacks, etc and the whole property was beautifully landscaped and maintained. "
