"我們家是第一次住，老闆安排在三樓，房間跟浴室真的都很大，房間兩大床，很大很軟很好躺！很乾淨!房間有個檜木桶，本來想泡澡，但是一直漏水裝不滿!還有，浴巾很乾淨、不過應該是用很久了，洗很多次，所以蠻粗糙的，擦乾身體時會有點痛，只能用壓的吸乾水份。是美中不足的點! 民宿位置其實不錯，開車去羅東夜市、冬山河親水公園都很近，大哥還說附近有水火同源。民宿位置在田中央，旁邊都是稻田，很安靜，遠離市區的吵鬧。清晨可以沿著民宿旁邊的田中小路散步或借腳踏車繞騎一圈，很有度假的感覺。 老闆大哥人很好很親切! 有交誼廳跟 KTV 設備，非常適合一群朋友或幾個家庭包棟一起唱歌、聚會。入住當天有一台遊覽車包了一樓兩邊的KTV。 籃球機有點年久失修，小籃球也都沒氣了! 籃球場因為當天客滿停滿車，所以就沒有特別投籃了! 早餐走簡單家常路線，就是吐司果醬配白稀飯跟幾樣醬菜，雖然不豪華但吃得飽。 自地自建應該很多年了，不過維持的很好，整體下來算是高 CP 值的民宿。"
