The extras Expedia promises were never given though ai asked for room upgrade when checking in. Last hotel did this without us requesting "

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Si nous revenons à Bangkok, nous n'hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau. "
