"We really enjoy coming here. Mostly for the quiet and scenic views. We love the separate pool area for adults only that's perfect. The downside is that too many people violate the rules with little to no enforcement. You have to complain in order to get someone from security to enforce the rules. During one of my stays there were people who were escorted over to the very nice family pool section only to have them return once security left. Even though there are security cameras in the pool area it's not a priority or worse there's no one looking at them. The other negatives are the food options. There's only one real family restaurant that's reasonable. The others are a scattered mix of Chinese food & an extremely high priced Steakhouse which has never been open during any of my visits because they seem to only be open on weekends. It's just bazaar that there's no where to get a good healthy normal meal without having to go off property. This is by far the biggest negative. Since the rooms lack a good mini fridge that actually gets cold & no microwave. Your forced to go elsewhere just to survive. This place is definitely suffering due to really bad management at the upper levels. As much as we like this place, all of the positives are offset by huge negatives that prevent you from enjoying them. Thereby killing the overall experience. It kind of made us feel like a modern day 'Overlook Hotel' with a casino. Strange yet we come back to relax in peace & quiet & hope. "

"We were only supposed to stay for a little rest but ended up getting stuck in a snow storm. Ended up staying 2 extra a nights. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly. Clean & well stocked. "

"The property felt new, and the staff, particularly Talia, were very friendly. I didnt like the bathroom dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. The squeeze bottles were very tough to use, especially if they were more than half empty. "
