Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long

When we got our first room there was a hole in the bath as is not the plug hole... there was a reception, we went to the staff and they gave us the other room next to it. and that was okay..... Westmead Hotel
The reception could do with renovating and the hall carpets need a clean which was off putting but the bedrooms were very nice. Very friendly staff

The Lygon Arms - โรงแรมหรูอิคอนิค
Our room was beautiful in the hotel , staff were fantastic , wished me a Happy Birthday with a card & chocolates in my room. Our food in the Grill for lunch & breakfast was delicious . 10/10
