"The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings. "The EXchange Hotel in Vancouver is one of my top favorite hotels. The history of the former stock exchange building too the restoration to the present hotel is interesting and unique. "It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water."

"The location and room was amazing. What a great harbour front view when you walked into the room. Room was so clean and beautiful. Was shocked to find out this room had complimentary bed turn down service. Was on the 23rd floor which was awesome. Would definitely stay again."
