"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "

"Spacious, well appointed, quiet room. My room was on the 5th floor, close to the lounge and restaurant which are also located on the 5th floor. For parking there are two choices: hotel valet parking @ $60 Cad per 24 hours, or open street level parking at $39 Cad per 24 hours. Very convenient location, many good locations within a few blocks."

We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations.
