"It was a clean room, but the pullout mattress was in rough shape, it's not usable. We asked for extra bedding and they gave us two sheets and no extra pillows. The breakfast was standard. The shower takes a really long time to heat up."

"Clean, nice rooms, very pleasant staff, good location at intersection of I-10, Thomasville Rd & Capital Circle NE. Free parking. Excellent free breakfast buffet, and Happy hour from 5:30 - 7:00pm included a free drink and better than expected snack buffet that included salad, meatballs, mashed potatoes, soup nachos and hotdogs. This was more like a meal rather than a snack. We enjoyed the stay."

"Gym was lacking, the rooms and hallway had a weird odor, when the AC would turn on it made a loud noise, thin walls so we could hear our next door neighbor up before 6 am, the common areas need updating and a good bit of TLC. "

Tv didn’t work, air conditioning was squealing loudly, shower head kept having air pockets and then super cold water, front desk said they’d send maintenance up in 15 minutes but They never came. Sent emails and messages through their message center text and no answers back other than sorry for inconvenience. "

"The room was clean but dated. The building itself could you some maintenance as stucco is all over the flooring. Free breakfast is misleading - there is no buffet, but a Starbuck's counter with a limited menu. This doesn't work for a family stay. Friendly staff at the lobby desk. But nothing you can about the loud music on Saturday nights until 4am."

"The first floor smelled moldy or damp. I don’t think my room was cleaned or freshened up before I checked in. I went to the front desk, asked for some Lysol wipes because my bathroom seemed dirtyand the gentlemen working the front deskhanded me Windex and a rag and I cleaned my bathroom myself. I swiped a candle from the lobby, but that didn’t help the smell. No other rooms available and no discount "
