Front desk ladie was so nice and helpful (she told me her name but i forgot didnt have name tag) the room we stayed in was not vacuumed and there was popcorn in the bed they did come straight to clean it no vacuum though. No blankets in room we had pillows no cases and only the big bed with sheets. ...
