"The customer service was excellent, they were quite helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and both modern-looking and cozy at the same time. The restaurant onsite is amazing- you could justify visiting the hotel just for a meal there!
The convenience to the airport Link train which then connects you to the UP Express makes travelling downtown even easier. We will stay here again i am sure."
"Very close to the airport. You can see planes taking off and landing. No restaurant in the hotel, you will need to get delivery or go out to eat. I liked the free hotel parking. Shuttle service to/from airport was very convenient. Front desk was quick to answer my questions and brought our requests like extra towels up in a timely manner. Beds were comfy. Pillows could be less flat, we needed to layer 2 pillows to sleep comfortably. "
"My grandson, husband & I stayed for 3 nights. Nice size suite. Tight squeeze between bed and tv though. Wall plugs near bed was very convenient for our CPAP machines. Awesome sized fridge! Thinking of getting a sofa bed like the one in the room. Forgot to report that the tub spout needs replacing. It would move away from the wall when shower is engaged. "
