"The issue with staying at this hotel is they don't specify parking for hotel guests so when the casino is busy or there is a show.... good luck in parking in the underground garage that leads ro the hotel elevators. Instead you get to park in another garage that makes you walk forever with all of your stuff. My other issue was the lack of staff empathy and lack of service. When we checked in I asked about a different entrance (to avoid the quarter mile walk) and she seemed to assume I knew where the other one was. Our suite has motion sensor lights (as I'm sure all rooms do) but there had to be an issue with the settings or wiring in our room because the living room light would suddenly come on with a loud click! and this happened all night long. Nothing we did would stop the light from coming on. The maintenance and front desk crew tried to help but just kept insisting it was because of someone moving in the bed. Well what the heck then? Fix the sensitivity! By the second night I had to go down to the desk at two a m and asked for the maintenance man to come look at it with me so I could prove to him what it was doing. He could not figure out what the problem was So we basically had to flip off the breaker so that I could get some sleep. In the end I was very frustrated to have to pay full price for a room that did not fully function cottectly and to be told it was because of my "preference" with the lights? As if sleeping in the dark is a preference? "

"Lots of free parking spots, but they fill up when there are big events. Free breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff was all very friendly. "

"Room was fine, but a bit dated for style wear and tear. This Alt has a 24 hour fitness centre on the 14th floor. We were on the floor below and next elevator. Was VERY noisy being off the lobby at late hours and thumbing noice above intermittently from above. Did not sleep well."
