"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

"The rooms look better online than in real life. I didn't like sleeping on two twin mattresses pushed together - even the sheets don't fully fit. Both the bathroom sink and the shower do not drain properly - so I showered in a puddle of water. Bathroom sink also leaks underneath. Construction is currently happening so beware of a lot of dust/dirt while walking to and from the main road. Also I paid extra for the mountain view, which has a huge construction crane in plain sight. Also beware of...

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ist ruhig und gepflegt. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Es werden Lüfter bereit gestellt. Frühstückszeiten nur von 7:30-10 Uhr, zum wandern etwas spät. Sonst ist das Hotel gut."
