"A quirky property in an ideal situation. The food was good and the manager very helpful (he locked our bikes away overnight). We loved the sloping floors and irregular stairs of the 500 year old property which gave it real character."

"A few hiccups with the check-in- but it was very quickly resolved, and communication with the owner was great. The apartment was in a great position and even though it was overlooking the Weatherspoons terrace, it did not disturb our nights sleep at all. The apartment had pretty much all you need, and it is very central. Parking was great. So may decent cafe's and restaurants in the vicinity, we will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to stop at Cavendish house again."
