Conveniently located across from Windsor Castle, this comfortable hotel is being downgraded because of an electrical problem in our room that forced us to change rooms at 11pm and of continual malfunctions with room keycards. Concierge staff was first rate as were night staff. This is a cashless hotel - cards only.

The hotel is nice but basicm bedroom, restaurant and parking available. There is no fitness room, pool and other extras you can expect in in a four star hotel. The hotel is a comb8nation of older building, which make it difficult for people with mobility issues, a number of small sets of stairs, narrow elevator and more. Don't misunderstand, you can get around, but the layout of the building has its challenges that you do not have in modern hotel buildings. The hotel is right opposite Windsor Castle, in the very centre of Windsor and 400 meter from the so-called Long Walk. 3.5 kilometer, just over 2 miles, you have Windsor Castle Farm Shop where you can have a simple lunch and buy products made from ingredients grown on the extensive Royal grounds.

Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and had a great shower. The location was awesome, but the parking with our car was difficult. Better parking instructions would have made our stay less of a hassle. The food was very good.

Older hotel that’s well maintained. One minute walk from Windsor Castle, so the location is amazing. Lovely area. Great shower.

An absolute fantastic stay. The staff just couldn’t do anymore to make our stay memorable. The only complaints really is the cost of breakfast & to park. At £24 per person the breakfast was way over priced and with a Wetherspoons literally 2 mins walk away then that’s where I’d be going next time. Also £40 to park the car. Again extremely expensive. Other than that a fantastic hotel a stones throw from the castle and everything Windsor has to offer

Loved it! Beautiful hotel in perfect location next to Windsor Castle! Comfortable beds, nice rooms, all the amenities including breakfast buffet! Staff were super friendly too. We loved walking around as tons of shops and restaurants next door and nearby.

Good points of the Hotel were: Clean modern room, and corridor areas. Quiet and very little disturbance. Large vestibule and bar areas. Complimentary breakfast. Bad points were: Coffee machine with no coffee pods. No seat for the shower area. Reception staff member prioritising their mobile phone over their customer whilst attempting check in...Very rude. Overall, a good Hotel in the heart of Windsor, with several slight improvements required. Four Stars....

The place looks like posh. So neat and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. So convenient to train station, castle and shopping centre. One of the best hotels we ever stayed.

Lovely stay. This hotel is beautiful and so close to everything especially the castle. My only advice if driving make sure you book parking in advance as limited and we could not park and had to use a local car park.

The breakfast service team were excellent - attentive and efficient. The concierge team were very helpful with my bags as I was in one of further away rooms that require a lift, steps down and then up to reach.

Welcoming staff, very curteous concierge, extremely clean rooms and facilties. Good breakfast buffet selection and perfect base for central Windsor right in front of the castle. Hope to be back!
