"It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. "Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. "The receptionist was amazing!! Room was very basic, there was tee, coffee etc but no milk. Basin was not attached to the vanity. The heat elements were taped so to not turn them on, we didn’t need to use it however. Good tjo for tie price but the reception last was top notch especially the (Indian and I’m not being racist) lady when we checked out!"
