"The hotel itself was great. The front desk was polite. We couldn’t handle being near the train tracks and the air was very loud and triggered allergies. Unfortunately the front desk couldn’t move us to one of their other locations or refunds so we had to leave and lost money on the stay. "

"We enjoyed a loft suite, so there were two bathrooms including a tub which is always nice, the room was clean and spacious. It would be nice if there was a spot to hang your coat on the main floor, and also it was pretty dark in the living room so a bit more lighting would’ve be appreciated. I know this is a common issue, but the toilet paper is like sandpaper and the Kleenex was worse. Staff was good and helpful, the only major disappointment was the hot tub was a little grungy, it had been closed for maintenance and cleaning and looked worse afterwards. This is a very nice property with scenic views, one downside is now with the spa it is quite busy, especially for parking. But overall a great choice to stay in Canmore.. "
