"One staff member who helped us find warm milk and our princess water bottle was AMAZING. Other than that, hard pass. Only three of the elevators were working for a GIANT hotel. And the elevators, once you wait 15-20 minutes for one, are so tiny. It’s clearly a family hotel, yet the restaurant isn’t geared for it. No kids meal items? The front desk staff was largely annoyed and snappish. Won’t be staying again. "
"The location is super convenient in the midst of the food and entertainment. Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly but all the valets were excellent. While the recent physical upgrade were noticeable the housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement. The bath tubs appeared not to have been cleaned regularly and the floors were not swept regularly.
This is the second visit of me and family since March last (four rooms each time) but will be reluctant to stay there again."
"I have been frequenting this resort for over 10 years and I am a Hilton Honors member. I was at this resort two mothers days ago and enjoyed our stay. Seeing it had just had some improvements and rebranding we thought to utilize some of our available points to staycation this Mother's Day as well. What a disaster. The service, the valet, the amenities, not even close to what they previously were. The hotel booked a wedding, two proms, and had the holiday guests. They clearly did not plan for such a crowd. The valet wait was over an hour to drop off the car and almost two hours to pick it up. Ended up having to uber and missed our dinner reservation. The pool was so crowded no spaces were available to lay down. The beach was full of seaweed and unswimmable. Service by the pool was horrible. Asked three times for ice and water and never received it. Ordered a frozen drink and food and the drink arrived over 30 minutes later melted. The entire floor we stayed on reeked of marijuana and had kids running up and down. Couldn't sleep because of the noise. Mother's Day brunch was so crowded the restaurant offered a discount for people to take it in a bag and eat somewhere else. Truly ruined the Mother's Day weekend. "
"Breakfast was great, we expected the restaurant to be open but they said the fryer was not working so it was closed. The man who checked us in couldn’t not focus on his job for watching a game on the tv not very good service at the front desk . Nice room great comfortable beds"
"It is sad because I stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any complains. This time ,my room did not have all the towels needed the first day , the hair dryer was broken , toilet seat loose from the floor , no dj on the pool which is one of the things made us come back all the time . The people from the valet parking did not understand that we want only parking for a day and they want to charge us for overnight , specially JENIFER the parking supervisor was very rude . I will start exploring other places . His hotel is not as pleasant at is used to be"
"First off lemme start by letting everybody know it's cockroaches. Not just a couple. A lot!!!! We started in room 820. 3 roaches. Moved to room 707. More roaches. Roaches by the elevator. In the little store. Just everywhere. Not palmetto's bugs but GERMAN COCKROACHES
2nd. There is actually NO amenities offered without a heafty charge. $20 to use an umbrella. $20 for each beach chair. $7 for each cushion for the chair. They act like towels are gold. You can't get no extra without a $20 charge. & if you lose your towel card your SOL without another $20 charge. If you lock yourself out of your room it's $20 for a new key, even tho you didn't LOSE it you just accidentally forgot it in the room.
Bed sheets have a moldy Oder to them that made my belly upset.
Pool was very dirty. Globs of hair. Crackers floating, little white particles looked like dandruff but LOTS of it!!!!
Drinks at the little thing they call a tiki bar are over priced & not worth it. Food at restaurant is gross & overpriced.
The shower feels great but there is No door. It's an open concept but the shower water gets EVERYWHERE!!! So make sure you lay a towel on the floor before getting in.
Overall it wasn't a good experience.
But the side view of the ocean is pretty.
I wish I would have done more research before paying 1,100. Defiantly wouldn't come back here."
