Wifi did not work for Nintendo switch. Pool was closed for maintenance. Auto switches like front desk did not work. Fairly clean. Beds are decent. Nice to have a microwave and fridge/freezer. Free breakfast was a nice amenity. Overall not bad but room for improvement.

Th a rooms are very spacious! There was a stain in the tub that is the only reason for the 4 star vs 5 star. But otherwise it was a nice and clean place to be. I’d stay here again.

Very convenient

Nice room. Walked to grocery store, restaurants, etc. They have some kind of social hour at 6, I think Mon-Wed. Tuesday of my stay was bugers and hotdogs with salad, beer, and wine. Very nice.

The hotel is old but we got a great room! It was a two bedroom suite and perfect for our family of 4 adults and a small dog. The location is good. Close to food and shopping. There's an Acme and Walgreens right across the street. The only bad thing is it's right near a toll so we paid the toll several times going back and forth for activities. There's probably a way around it but I didn't take the time to figure it out.

Great, except they ran out of food at breakfast

Check was very efficient. Front desk allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was at breakfast which was supposed to run until 10:30. At 10:00, there wasn't anything left. The kitchen staff said sorry, they ran out. No coffee, no eggs, no waffles. Was able to get some scrambled eggs by special request and some coffee after reminding them twice.

This should not be a IHG hotel!!! Furniture in room disgusting dirty. Patched ceiling with trash cans u see it for leaks. Stains on walls and lamp shade. Lighting in rooms are terrible so dark and depressing. Pool was also dirty. Breakfast always put away and cleaned up before time the told me it ended.

Disappointing Experience at Staybridge Suites

This has always been my hotel of choice. The room layouts are nice, beds are comfortable, and location is ideal for someone traveling through the area frequently. Each time I go to this hotel (over 15 times), I've always had a pleasant experience. My most recent visit was very disappointing. Each of the times I've visited this hotel, I've had my dog with me. This was the first time that the front desk staff told me that I would have to pay a $75 dollar fee (not a deposit). I would not have been upset if this was a regular practice but to start requesting a $75 at the time of check-in (after numerous stays without the charge) was shocking. I also discovered that the floor I was staying on (not the room itself fortunately) smelled terrible upon stepping off the elevator. I told the manager and he said that other customers said it smelled like marijuana (it didn't...it smelled like feet).

We got a room with a kitchen. Wish that it was a little bigger than it was, but we made due. Dishware, cookware, u the utensils, etc was supplied. Our room didn't have a table with chairs so that was a bit of a bummer, but only the big suites do. Pull out couch was small, but my kids' were able to sleep on it. My husband and I slept on the Queen bed It was too uncomfortable for me as I could feel the springs in my back, so I had to sleep above the bedding. Breakfast served daily was free, some tasted great, some not so much, in my opinion. Mon-Wed evening, they have a social with dinner, so we did that a couple of nights. Love that they accept ESA animals so the pet fees were waived. The staff were very friendly. We didn't get to use the pool due to the water being green. We also didn't take advantage of the outdoor grills or fire pit, so I can't say about those. Overall was a great stay. Oh yea, one little minus was that the fridge kept making a loud noise, and it took a bit for the maintenance man to be notified but when he was, he came up to check it and stated that it was the fan motor. He sprayed it temporarily and ordered a new one, so as soon as It came in, he came up and fixed it so no more loud noises at night.

Room is like a mini apartment. The bedroom is seperate with double doors which makes it very spacious and offers some privacy from the living space and kitchen.
