"This Holiday Inn Express was everything advertised and MORE!! The staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly!! I had the unique opportunity to see fabulous customer service “in action” while working at the computer station in the lobby at “check-in”. Sharon, a manager that had been called in on her day off, handled an angry guest in the most professional and courteous manner, despite his rudeness and attempt to make his “bad experience at another HIE location (in another state)”, all the Wilmington location’s fault. Throughout our stay we witnessed the hard working staff constantly working, as there is always lots to do in hospitality. Michelle was making sure rooms were being serviced and “flipped” for new guests and Danica serviced our room throughout the week of our stay!! OUTSTANDING!! We will be back when we come this way again!! Thank you so much for your efforts!! Kind words are always welcome!!"
