"Your check in is done on the computer. We did the pre registration and paid and according to instructions waited to be sent info to access our room. (supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. We called, left a msg and after waiting in hot parking lot we went to a resteraunt, tried calling again, finally after emailing we got a text back that there was now a staff in the office. It got...

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived to check in, I explained that I had accidentally left my purse on the ferry and therefore did not have my physical ID with me. I completely understand that hotels have policies regarding identification and respect the need to protect guests. However, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. "Making renovations. The manager takes care , the air con was a bit noisy."
